SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • The shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Simply enter your postcode on the cart page and our automated calculator will provide you with a shipping rate for your order.
  • Grey Squares offers delivery to most addresses in Australia (not PO boxes). Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and size of orders. 

    * The delivery time frame once shipped from warehouse are as follows. 

    Sydney Metro: 3-5 business days
    Melbourne Metro: 3-5 business days
    Canberra Metro: 3-5 business days
    Brisbane Metro : 7-10 business days
    Adelaide Metro : 7-10 business days
    Perth Metro : 12-16 business days
    Regional Australia & All Other Areas: 14-21 business days

  • In rare cases where the delivery of goods may result in excessive shipping charges, such as in remote, inner city, or island locations, we reserve the right to cancel an order. We encourage customers to reach out to us beforehand to ascertain if their delivery location may be subject to such charges.

  • All deliveries are to the front door and ground level only unless organised otherwise. We highly recommend you make the appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery. As such, this standard delivery service does not include carrying products inside, upstairs or in elevator and removing packaging or wrapping.

  • To ensure the optimal delivery experience, customers are kindly asked to check that their orders can fit through entranceways such as doors, elevators, and staircases prior to purchase.

  • If the delivery address is unattended or you cannot be available to accept delivery, A courier may leave a card and you will need to contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery (an additional fee may apply). Another option is to leave an "Authority to Leave" message during checkout with the instructions in your Order Note. Please note this will void Grey Squares' and the courier's liability that covers any loss, theft or damage to your products. 

  • All of orders will be delivered during business hours. If you order multiple items from our online store, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.

PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE

  • Grey Squares endeavours to provide to its customers the best delivery service. For fully assembled, bulkier, heavier and fragile products, it is highly recommended to use our premium delivery service. Our premium delivery service is via professional & experienced furniture removalists who will be able to carry your products upstairs into any room of your choice along with removing packaging or wrapping.

  • These services are available in selected area upon request with an additional fee. Please include your request in the "Notes" section during checkout. Our team will send you an email with a quote for the requested service.

  • Should you need to cancel or change your premium delivery service, it may incur a cancellation / re-booking fee up to 75% of the total freight costs. We recommend making such requests promptly after placing an order for optimal results.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS

  • For small & medium sized items, we will send you the tracking information/notification via email, once your order ships.

  • For bulky and fragile items, we are unable to provide live tracking information however, the carrier will contact you in order to arrange a delivery date that suites you best.
