Payment & Orders
At Grey Squares, we accepts Zipmoney, Afterpay, PayPal and Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Our website is secured by SSL System, offering you peace of mind for online shopping with us. SSL system provides top-level encrypted security for your online transactions. With this extra layer of protection, you can trust that every interaction between your browser and our web servers remains private and guarded from unwanted access.
Once your order is placed online, we will send a confirmation email with your order details. If any of the products are out of stock or if payment cannot be processed for some reason then we will contact you within 1-2 business days. When your order is carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a final email with your tracking details.
If you change your mind and decide not to proceed with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If your products have not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and provide you with a credit note or refund under special circumstances. In the case that your order has been dispatched by the warehouse, it will be treated as Change of mind return.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. If you would like to change the shipping address, you need to contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will be able to update your shipping address.
- If an item is labelled as “Out of stock” this means that the date of the next shipment has not confirmed. Please contact our sales team for availability. If the item has a pre-order date listed, you can simply process an online order to secure the stock. We will contact you once the order is ready to be shipped.
- Please note the estimated dispatch date for Pre-orders may be delayed. However, we will always do our best in dispatching your order as soon as possible! If we can dispatch earlier, we will prioritise your order. If you have any questions, regarding your pre-order, feel free to contact us.
Please note that Made to order (Custom order) items are not eligible for our change mind return or cancellation. Therefore, it is crucial that the buyer ensures that all Made to order (Custom order) items are what they are after.
Shipping & Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

We offers delivery to most addresses in Australia (not PO boxes). Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and size of orders. However, the estimated time for delivery within Australia is 5-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow additional business days for remote area, WA, NT and TAS.
The Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, size & weight of your order. Simply enter your postcode on the cart page and our automated calculator will provide you with a shipping rate for your order.
- For small & medium sized items, we will send you the tracking information / notification via email, once your order ships.
- For bulky and fragile items, we are unable to provide live tracking information however, the carrier will contact you in order to arrange a delivery date that suites you best.
We work with multiple partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately. This is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
